Thus, to thicken flavors, they utilize milk and coconut oil. Hence they used coconut oil and milk thickening flavors. So sadya is the combination of all type of tastes. And the other lunches of Kerala is Malabar biriyani, sea food, Nadan kozhicurry after most tasty one of my favorite lunch Pothichoru.

The vast majority of Kerala's Hindus, except certain communities and ovo-lacto vegetarians, eat fish, red meat (beef, carabeef, and lamb) and chicken.
